Single facer corrugated machine(Quick change type)

The adsorption single-sided corrugated machine uses a vacuum system to adsorb the corrugated paper onto the roller. The heating and pressing process is highly automated, easy to operate, and has higher production efficiency. The adsorption single-sided corrugated machine ensures consistent shape and thickness of corrugated cardboard through precise vacuum control, resulting in more stable product quality.

Characteristics of adsorption single-sided corrugated machine:

1. The drive gearbox adopts oil immersion lubrication to reduce noise, universal joint transmission, and isolated power source (optional).
2. The lifting and lowering of the upper corrugated roller, pressure roller, and coating roller are all controlled by pneumatic control.
3. The paper guiding method adopts vacuum adsorption and has an air volume adjustment device to maintain high efficiency and stable corrugated shaping during production.
4. The corrugated roller and pressure roller bearings use high-temperature resistant lubricating grease.
5. The glue application department adopts automatic circulation for glue supply.
6. The corrugated roller is made of 48CrMo alloy steel, which has undergone heat treatment and has a hardness of HV1200 or higher. The surface is treated with tungsten carbide or hard chromium plating.
7. The surface of the glue stick has undergone mesh carving and chrome plating treatment.
8. Manual or electric rubber isolation device.
9. The glue coating department can be shut down in two ways: independent operation or non independent operation.
