Corrugated roller
Model: 1800/3000 type
Productivity: 120 to 300 meters per minute
Function: Production of corrugated cardboard
The corrugated roller is the core component of the single-sided corrugated machine, belonging to the category of packaging machinery accessories, widely used in corrugated cardboard production lines. Its main function is to press and shape the corrugated paper through the meshing transmission of the upper and lower rollers. It is usually forged from 48CrMoA alloy steel and subjected to surface treatment processes such as medium frequency quenching, chrome plating, or tungsten carbide spraying. The hardness can reach HRC55-72, and the service life varies from 8 million meters to 50 million meters depending on the process.
Corrugated rollers are divided into upper corrugated rollers and lower corrugated rollers, both of which have tooth shaped surfaces. The two rollers are paired and assembled, and their meshing mechanism is different from the usual gear transmission. This component is divided into more than 10 specifications such as A, B, and C according to the tooth type, and can be customized with high precision, quenching depth, and microhardness of the coating. The tungsten carbide coating process can significantly improve wear resistance and reduce tooth height changes. The quick change corrugated roller design makes it easy to replace orders on the corrugated cardboard production line, while reducing maintenance costs.
