Single facer corrugated machine

The adsorption single-sided corrugated machine ensures stable shaping of corrugated paper during high-speed operation through vacuum adsorption and air volume adjustment devices, while achieving efficient and precise corrugated processing through a precise mechanical structure.

Vacuum adsorption: By using a vacuum pump to generate negative pressure, the corrugated paper is firmly adsorbed onto the surface of the corrugated roller, avoiding paper detachment caused by centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation and ensuring stable corrugated forming.  ‌Airflow adjustment: Real time adjustment of vacuum suction to adapt to corrugated paper of different materials and thicknesses, optimizing processing effects.

Paper guiding system: using vacuum adsorption paper guiding method to ensure that the paper remains flat during transportation, avoiding wrinkles or offset.  ‌

Automatic glue supply: The glue application department adopts an automatic circulation glue supply system to ensure uniform application of the paste.

Pneumatic control: The lifting and lowering of key components such as tile rollers and pressure rollers are precisely adjusted through a pneumatic system.  ‌

Wear resistant material: The upper and lower corrugated rollers are made of 48CrMo alloy steel, with a hardness of HV1200 or above. The surface is treated with tungsten carbide or hard chrome plating to extend the service life.  ‌
