Single sided corrugated machine

Single sided machine is the abbreviation of single-sided corrugated machine, which is one of the important equipment in corrugated cardboard production line. The forming quality of corrugated cardboard is closely related to the quality and correct use of the single-sided machine. Single sided machine is a mechanical equipment for producing corrugated core paper, and is known as the heart of the "corrugated cardboard production line" in the corrugated packaging industry.

The working principle of a single-sided machine:
The single-sided machine consists of a roll paper tube bracket and a single-sided corrugated forming machine. Firstly, the corrugated core paper is heated, and then the required corrugated shape is made by the corrugated roller. Finally, the corrugated peak is coated with adhesive (starch adhesive) and bonded with the single-sided corrugated surface paper to form single-sided corrugated cardboard. The heating methods for core paper include steam heating, electric heating, and oil heating.
